Hello Religious Education Families!
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton 2025-2026 Religious Education Registration is now open for grades 1 - 8. We will again meet on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 – 6:30 pm. We are looking forward to a rewarding year of learning and growing in our relationship with God. We will once again be promoting family involvement. The family has an honored place in catechesis. The Catechism of the Catholic Church states, "parents receive the responsibility of evangelizing their children" (2225). Each month we will again have a parent session with Fr. Dominic. Parent sessions will be held while the students attend their classes. Although it is strongly encouraged that parents attend all parent session, they are required to attend five of the seven sessions. What a wonderful example to your children, if you not only bring them to lean and grow in their faith but stay to grow in yours as well!
Registration can be done online at, https://www.saintliz.org/elementary-registration. After submitting the form online, we will need a completed medical treatment release form for each student, tuition payment, and if your child is preparing to receive a sacrament a copy of their baptismal certificate to complete your child’s registration.
As we move through these last weeks of summer, we hope you will continue to practice our Catholic Faith at home. Some ways to do this are:- Pray daily as a family
- Read the Bible
- Attend Mass
- Discover way to be involved in Church Ministries and activities, we are in need of volunteers for our Religious Education Program. Please consider how you could help, we need Catechist, Aides, Hall Monitors, and Substitutes. Please contact me if you are interested or would like more information.
